Here at Poochie Parlour, we pride ourselves on being caring and humane groomers, we will turn your pooch from scruffy to fabulously fluffy but not at the expense of their content and comfort. When grooming your dog and we come across matting we implement our de-matting policy in accordance so that we can put your pet's happiness and welfare first.

• Our Preventive Approach: To maintain a calm environment, we provide regular rest breaks and closely monitor your dog’s comfort levels to prevent stress or agitation.

• Shave-Offs & Difficult Coats: While we take every possible precaution, dogs that require a close shave due to severe matting, or those who are extremely restless or reactive, can be at a slightly higher risk of minor skin nicks.

• Our Commitment: In the very rare and unlikely event of a minor surface scratch, we are fully equipped to provide immediate first aid, including cleaning, disinfecting, and applying styptic powder to the affected area.
