Shaving Agreement
Here at Poochie Parlour, we pride ourselves on being caring and humane groomers, we will turn your pooch from scruffy to fabulously fluffy but not at the expense of their content and comfort. When grooming your dog and we come across matting we implement our de-matting policy in accordance so that we can put your pet's happiness and welfare first.
Please note that Poochie Parlour accepts no liability for the unlikely event of a dog getting a minor cut or injury during their visit. Unfortunately sometimes when a dog is misbehaving, fighting or being difficult during their visit the groomer may accidentally Knick the dog. However, every precaution is in place to avoid this from happening. In the unlikely event that a dog gets a cut, the groomer will clean, disinfect and apply Styptic powder to the affected area.
Please be assured that at all times we will ensure that your dog receives the best level of safety, compassion, patience and care possible to prevent any accidents and ensure your dog enjoys his/her visit.
